I was an employee *** owner Darwin B*** for over months now I always do my work to the best of my ability by the book no shortcuts .I have worked with other contractors also before , during and after my time with D1flooring he have prove to be a man that cuts a lot of corner , takes shortcuts , accept below average work just to get whatever job done quickly rushes the jobs which leads to improper quality of work done on jobs but is not my real issue , my issue is I complete a job for him he refuses to pay me a balance of $the job I worked on is completed he got paid and refuses to ask the phone when I call OR Text .when you call him it always goes to voicemail he will then reply to you in a text in order to screen your call to see who calling base on the reply .I assume he is hiding from not paying a lot of people that why I notice he has two (2) phone on him at timesD1flooing Darwin B*** real name just incase anyone else want to sue him is not a tru

Review: On July **, 2014 D1 Flooring came to my home, and did a consultation to clean my couches for $345. I did a credit card payment of $189 as a deposit. On July **, 2014, I was contacted, and asked to cancel the payment, because he didn't want to use the company that his account was linked to. I called my bank to cancel the transaction, but he issued me a refund instead. I was then told that he had to get a cash deposit for the refund because it was non refundable. I was not able to meet with him when he wanted, and was told that if I don't want the work done, "just give back the $189 dollars, and they will cancel the rest of the contract. I didn't want to lose $189, so I made arrangements for them to clean my couches. On July **, 2014 D1 Flooring came and "cleaned" my couches. When I came home and inspected the couches, I noticed that only one side of the cushions had been cleaned. When I sent the guy that cleaned my couches a picture, and asked him if the dirt couldn't come out, his response was "was that on top of the couch". I asked did I pay for just the tops of the cushions to be cleaned, and was informed that the cleaning included tops and bottoms of the cushions. I told him that that is the top of the cushion, but was upside down because of the dirt. He stopped responding to my texts and phone calls. After several attempts to communicate with him to resolve the situation, I have been unsuccessful. He has given me the impression that because he has been paid in full, he is not concerned that the work is unsatisfactory. I would have liked to resolve this situation, but he has not communicated back.Desired Settlement: I want D1 Flooring to come and complete the work that was agreed upon, or refund the amount that it will take for another company to complete the work.
