1/9/17Received your letter today complaint #ID ***. Repair parts were ordered and have been received. I was waiting to get an appointment with a tech who would go to customer's home and do the repairs. The difficulty stems from the fact that the fall and holidays have
been a very busy time to schedule an appointment with them. I have finally been able to connect with a qualified repair person who will be contacting the customer within days to schedule an appointment. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and I feel confident it would be resolved soon. Sincerely Jeff W
