We have reached a mutual understanding that source or cause of delay notwithstanding the wheels will be delivered in a timely mannerOur agreed upon date of tracking information being provided

This wheel has been placed on national backorder by the manufacturer, which is the reason the customer can not find it elsewhere. This is a product sourcing issue for a product that D2 does not produce. 
There are only 2 resolutions that can be offered:
1. The...

customer can continue to wait until the product is made available by the manufacturer
2. The customer can receive a refund for the amount paid.

called that number and was able to connect with [redacted].  [redacted] promised to return the call on August [redacted] with information regarding the status of the order or a full refund.  [redacted] did not call her on August [redacted] as promised.  On August [redacted] she tried calling again and reached [redacted]'s voice mail. She left several messages that day for both [redacted] and [redacted].  She called and left several messages over the next few days following, but eventually that number became "unavailable".

Review: I ordered a set of custom wheels on 2/**/2014 (invoice#[redacted])in the amount of $6,000 dollars. D2 Forged required a 50% deposit which was $3,000 dollars. I was promised by [redacted] a ship date of 4/**/2014 (6 weeks) which is a normal lead time for the custom wheel industry. On the promise date of 4/**/2014, [redacted] said: "they needed more time to complete", so I let another 2 weeks lapse and still no wheels and no contact from [redacted]. Long story short; as of today 7/**/2014 (almost 5 months later!) I still do not have my wheels and worse yet, I know the wheels have been completed by their vendor for over 30 days (ready to ship) and D2 Forged refuses to ship my wheels? [redacted] continues to give excuse after excuse as if I am an it. I know this is a money/vendor issue, meaning: D2 Forged used my deposit to pay their vendor to ship another customers order (because they are behind on payments) and they are waiting for another customers deposit to pay their vendor to ship my wheels. So the inability to run their business is now my problem? I have confronted [redacted] numerous times about the money/vendor issue and he denies that claim, but REFUSES to give an explanation as to why he can't ship the "completed" wheels when they have been ready to ship for over a month and he has authorization from me for full payment. This is a scam or D2 Forged can't cash flow their business. Either way, I am out my $3,000 deposit for 5 months. Absurd.Desired Settlement: Since I know the wheels are done, ship the dam wheels or refund my deposit immediately. This is without question the worst company I have ever done business with and quite frankly gives New York a bad name and reputation.

Review: In February, I ordered custom wheels from D2 Forged. I was initially told that the wheels would be ready by April [redacted]. In May, I tried to contact both [redacted] and [redacted] to inquire about the status, however my calls were not returned. Then in June, [redacted] sent an email with a picture of the completed wheels, stating that they were ready to ship out. I needed to place sensors on them, and asked for the address where I should send the sensors. [redacted] finally returned my phone call at the end of July, giving me the address for where I should send the sensors. It is now the beginning of September, and I have not received my wheels or a response from [redacted] or [redacted]. I have called them numerous times, leaving messages, and I have sent written requests to deliver the wheels or let me know of the status--all of which have gone unanswered. They currently had an auto show in New Jersey on August [redacted], yet they have not informed me of when I will receive my merchandise which I have paid for in full. In addition, when I tried to contact them on their website, it shows that they are no longer at the address in Yonkers.Desired Settlement: My first choice is to have the company send me both the wheels which I paid for and the sensors which I sent to them, with which they did not need to do anything due to tires not being purchased. They have displayed very poor business ethic in not only that they have charged my credit card in full and not delivered my merchandise, but also that they refuse to respond to my inquires about the status of my purchase.

Review: I ordered a set of FMS-01 custom wheels on 2/**/2014 Invoice #[redacted]. The invoice total was $5,090.00, of which D2Forged required a $2,000.00 deposit. On 02/**/14, I electronically transferred $2,000.00 from my bank account to D2Forged's bank account via ACH Payment. I was told the wheels would be ready "8 weeks from Order date" and this was also stated on the Estimate. In May [redacted] told me the wheels were not ready and it would be another 2 weeks. On 06/**/14 I again emailed [redacted] and asked him when the wheels would be ready. He could not give me a firm date. On 06/**/14 I sent [redacted] and email requesting a refund. On 06/**/14 [redacted] responded via email that he would process my request for a refund and communicate further with me in 24-48 hours. On 06/**/14 I had not heard from [redacted] so I emailed him asking for an update. He responded back that day and stated he would be personally picking up the check and mailing it out before Friday 07/**/14. It is now 08/**/14 and I have not received the refund nor have I received anymore communication from [redacted]. I have tried calling and emailing [redacted] multiple times and he has not responded to my phone calls or my emails. It has been over 5 months since I gave them my deposit and I have not received my order or a refund. I see there have been similar complaints about this company so it appears that taking consumers money and not shipping product is a common practice.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my $2,000.00 deposit.

Review: Unfortunately, this is the only company in the country that offers a replacement wheel for my vehicle. It took over 2 months for them to even place the order for a Cordon CR-10 Wheel 20x10. They then cashed my check on 6/** for $475.00 telling me the wheel had been shipped. Despite multiple attempts via email, and phone messages I have never received a response since that day with any tracking information or status on my wheel. I have been waiting over 30 days for a shipment of a product that they charged me for.Desired Settlement: I would like my wheel delivered immediately and tracking information for my shipment.If this is not provided I would like a refund.

Unfortunately, this is the only company in the country that offers a replacement wheel for my vehicle. It took over 2 months for them to even place the order for a Cordon CR-10 Wheel 20x10. They then cashed my check on 6/** for $475.00 telling me the wheel had been shipped. Despite multiple attempts via email, and phone messages I have never received a response since that day with any tracking information or status on my wheel. I have been waiting over 30 days for a shipment of a product that they charged me for.
