D2 Heating & Cooling Home Maintenance Service

My furnace went out in January. I found this company and hired them for the job. He came out and checked the furnace and stated there was an issue with the motor. I was being charged of something around $280. I left a check for him. I have not gotten any information or receipt on what was done to the furnace. For the past 3 or 4 days, my furnace has been blowing cold air. I have called asking why there was no receipt or any info on what was done. He has told me that he would bring it by or mail it and that has not been done.
