This company called me trying to contact my mother. When I answered I told them I was not my mother and I needed to know what the call was regarding. When I asked this the woman became angry with me and started getting an attitude. I called back again and was spoken to by a man who repeatedly called me names and kept saying they were a "reputable" company and got mad when I asked the company name and website. He then yelled at me saying he did not want to speak to me anymore and cussed at me and said he was "sending me to a manager" which no one answered. REAL REPUTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I WOULD SAY. LMAO.

The communication tactics of this company are horrendous. Company called our household, asked for someone in the household by name, and then asked us to verify our Social Security number. We said we were not willing to verify such personal & private information without first knowing what the name of the company was and identifying themselves further. Service agent "Tammy" refused to give the companies name and stated " I cant give you any information or even the company name unless you verify your social security number". Again we refused and she hung up. I called back (the number came across the caller I.D.) and asked for company information. The agent "Brittany" stated: We are D2 Management, I cant give you any information about what we do bc that is private, you can look it up online and I can even give you the website to the South Carolina government page so you can verify we are a registered business, but you are obviously hiding and running from something, so you should just man up and deal with this"... The most ridiculous part of her aggressive communication tactic? I'm not even the person they were trying to reach. Lol. What a terrible job those agents must have to perform antics like that every hour of every day. Must make for a very unhappy life. We were going to file a complaint with the BBB and D2 supervisors, but we came to the conclusion that working at D2 Management (Debt Collecting) and acting like an a-hole all day, everyday, is punishment enough.

Irregardless if you owe a debt there is a "manner" humans should be spoken and dealt with. I have always paid my debts but the customer service rep made me so angry and feel.so completely disrespected by her calling out my out the expensive autos I own, the credit cards I have and my entire credit life. I am a 100% disabled Vet and she practically made it seem like a worthless thing by saying "we all have our story". I will.pay the very small debt then sue the company for setting off my PTSD and making me I'll.for several days. Honest people pay their debts but NOT when they are harrassed or intimidated by rude bill collectors who need to be trained in the area of wounded vets. We protected YOU. I have never acted out like I did on the phone but it was clearly brought on by the harassment or "training"
Tactis of this company. I cannot and will not let this pass or happen to not only another vet (who possibly could be pushed to suicide) bit any human. The as soon as I pay this off I will file suit. The small debt will cost them dearly.. She antagonized me for almost an hour. after which I ended up calling for support call ended.Horrific customer service and a service rep needs training.

This company has called and e-mailed me trying to collect a debt. I have asked them to send me information regarding this debt. When they did I found it was a debt settled and paid for in June of 2010. I forwarded them the information regarding this debt being paid off as well as the letter stating the debt was paid.
