I am requesting the full amount of the down payment ($2700) be returned to my credit card immediately upon the return of the GMC Terrain
I first walked into Chapman Volkswagon on approximately 06/10/to kick some tires, check out a GMC Terrain I had seen onlineThis is when I met***, the salesmanWe drove a cylinder for like $14,(much closer to my ideal amount for my income)I wasn't very impressed with the cylinder so I leftA couple of weeks later I drove in, asked for *** and we drove a Ford Escape Ltd for $11,Then of course he asked if I wanted to check out the GMC Terrain SLT with a AWD and cylinder listed for $21,I fell in love with it obviouslyI got all excited when they told me I could have it, they would sell it to me and find a bank to finance itI drove away with it that evening and still have it todayThere have been multiple emails, phone calls, between***, ***, and *** (

VEHICLE WAS NOT PROPERLY PUT BACK NO PRE LOSS CONDITION
I HAD THE VEHICLE WORKED ON AT THE SHOPI RECEIVED IT BACK AND THE VEHICLE HAD ANOTHER BREAKDOWNI HAD MY SERVICE RECORDS PULLED AND REVIEWS BY A LICENSED PROFESSIONAL REPAIR SHOPAND HAD DOCUMENTED THAT THE MOTOR MOUNT BOLT WAS NOT INSTALLED CORRECTLY AND TWO SEPARATE MECHANICS HAD WORKED ON THE CAR ONE TOOK IT APART ONE PUT IT TOGETHER THE MOTOR MOUNT BOLT WAS NEVER TIGHTENED DOWN CAUSING THE ENGINE TO SHIFT 6-INCHES CAUSING THE FAN BLADE TO RUPTURE THE POWER STEERING LINE CAUSING THE PUMP TO BURN OUT AND IN ADDITION WORTH OF REPAIRSI HAVE CALLED THE CHAPMAN SHOP SEVERAL TIME WITH NO RETURN CALL YET!!!!!!!!!

Service center intentionally hid alignment issue, causing additional damage
I recently took my Beetle into Costco to have the tires rotatedThe service technician informed me that they would be unable to do so because all four tires were "bald" on the inner edgesThe wear pattern is consistent with a front-end alignment issue The technician explained, because my car is front wheel drive, the only way in which the rear tires would also be bald on their inner edges and exhibit the same wear pattern as the front tires, is if the car had a long term alignment issueHe explained that during the previous rotation, which occurred at 16K miles, the front tires, which had obviously exhibited an alignment issue, had were rotated to the rear of the carAnd, because the alignment was not resolved, the front tires were damaged in the same mannerA few days after visiting Costco, I took my car into the service center at the Chapman Volkswagen dealership to inquire about the alignment
