Review: I had been browsing their site for a while, using it more than a few times in the past for purchases for a game I play frequently. Of the time being spoken upon now, something had happen that had happen prior, but, this time it had really annoyed me so I sought out customer service to 'try' and have the issue resolved.. To no avail. I'll elaborate..I was looking at purchasing a few graphical items(or more specifically purchasing the transfer of these graphical items) for the game I play(Diablo II, LoD) I had been browsing for quite some time, planning to purchase a decent amount, enough to complete a whole character. I was nearly ready to make my purchase, when, I refreshed the page to make sure that the items I wanted hadn't already been purchased by someone else(which is another annoying thing that happens a lot, but, that's not their fault, as what I'm getting to is).. When I had refreshed the page, the page showing the item(s) and their price(s), the price(s) changed. Nearly doubling in dollar value. As I stated above, I immediately contacted support via live chat. The rep basically told me I was screwed, an' he'd not do anything for me. I realize that they cannot halt their marketing strategies based on one person looking over a few items.. However, after me contacting him and informing that I was nearing to making a purchase you'd think he'd be willing to give me a discount code.. Which they can and do do often.Desired Settlement: I'd like this resolved by one of two things.. Both equaling a credit of $150 in items of my choice. One way, give me a coupon code for $150 off a purchase, or, a $150 gift certificate. On a side note, this is a site that sells graphical items for a game that they don't own. That is to say, they sell pixils(dots on your monitor) that make up an image. An image of items that help folks play a game, again, a game the site owner doesn't own.It should not be hard for them to appease me here.
