I cancelled my reservation within the 48 hr time frame. Per the policy you can cancel the reservation anytime within 48 hr. Here is a copy of the email that I sent on March 30,2014 trying to cancel the reservation that was made on March 28,2014.

Please cancel reservation [redacted], I called the 866 number and I was instructed to hold for customer service agent. I was holding and then I was told to leave a message. I left a message and waited for a representative to call me, it has now over 2 hrs and I have received a call nor did I receive anything from the company via email. I am very frustrated and this is my second email within my 48 hr cancellation period.
