ordered a hood in stock. checked before ordered. and they tell me it is a 4 week wait to ship from the ware house although the hood is sitting there

This hood is for a job as we build outdoor kitchens.
Hood is in stock but they will not ship for 4 weeks. I dont understand why. I went through all the hoods to make sure the hood I need was in stock. I have called 4 times to be told, yes your hood is in stock and you have to wait 4 weeks as its in the warehouse. Ive been told they will request a rush and call me back. never do.
