We ordered some health products and they put us on an automatic shipment without our approval I called on Mar to their customer service line 1-*** and spoke with *** I have been in customer service my whole life and now how you should treat people This is the worst customer service agent I have ever dealt with I wanted to cancel our automatic shipment and she kept telling me tonight she can lower my cost of the product After several times telling her no I just want to cancel my automatic shipment, I had to start yelling at her to cancel my shipmentFinally she did I asked for a supervisor and she refused stating that the supervisor is busy I hung up and called back and spoke to *** and asked to speak to a supervisor After several minutes ***, supervisor, got on the phone and I told her about my experience She apologized and said she will look into it I told her that the calls are recorded and she needs to listen to this call because her customer agent was horrible She apologized again and said she will listen to it Warning do not do business with these people

Risk free trial is not a risk free trial. We called the company asking for our money back. They agreed after an hour on the phone arguing telling them we are not satisfied. Then they once again sent us another jar and charged our account without our permission

As directed by its rep, I came back before end of April if I am not satisfied with the product and will get a full refund. I called back as directed and the rep was so rude, who did not let me talk even after repeated requests that I be allowed to speak. Only after repeated requests or persistence and in loud voice that I was referred to the manager. The manager gave me the same spiel and apologizes for the misunderstanding. I told her that misunderstanding was not on me but internal to the company. I was promised to continue trying the product and that if I am not happy, report back and I will get a full refund. I did just that. We went back and forth on the issue. I was offered 25%, then 35% then 50% then 75% until we finally reached 100%. This company practices forced sales tactic until you give in - utterly unprofessional, poorest customer service I have ever experienced. I wish to impress on people how this company operates. Beware!

This business repeatedly refused to cancel my account. It was like an act of congress to get them to agree to cancel my recurring account. They kept telling me they would not cancel and give me one more month to "try" the product at my expense. The only reason they cancelled is because I threatened to report the company to the Revdex.com. I will NEVER sign up for something advertised on Facebook again.
