We paid in full after being intentionally misled that our roof was approved by Town of [redacted] It has not been approved Roofers told us our job was complete and demanded final payment as agreed upon in contractRoofers cashed our last check on 10/18, a month agoAfter we complained that the promised final town approval letter and release of lien had not arrived from the roofer, we found a ladder against our house with permit information yet to be signed, indicating that inspections were yet to be doneUpon calling the roofer, a long-winded explanation ensued which did not include an explanation of why the roofer thought our roof approval was complete even though they knew they had not gotten the customary documentation showing approvalAll evidence indicates that the roofer tricked us into paying in full, our roof is not approved by our town, and the roofer still holds a lien on our home
