Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the response is absolutely un trueI still have the tags on the dress that show what the instructions were and the alteration was NOT doneThe lady [redacted] confirmed the alteration on the top was NOT doneI called the office on Monday and they said they would have the owner call me which still has not happened I have not received a refund eitherThis is disatisfactory and unacceptableThe service I paid for was not doneThey were to provide separate servicesClean Alter the top, inch from each side Hem the bottomThe total for the hem and clean was $and the alteration was $I was rang up the first time for $and I asked the girl if that included the top and agree said oh no, let me add that, then she have me another ticket with all three requests on it totalling $I paid the $but they only completed the hem and cleanThey are refusing to refund my money gift the alteration they did not provideIf they are refusing my refund yet again then I'm going to take this to my local news [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

I am sorry but at our cleaners we do take care of customer problems very quickly and efficiently. However, it is hard for us to process a claim which has practically never happened at the cleaners such as perfume smell due to - the cleaning personnel wearing perfume - our dryclean process... is not manual so the smell of perfume transferring in the cleaning process has never happened, we use fourth generation dryclean machines which are the best technology for processing the utmost delicate garments.We would as a curtesy redo the cleaning of the affected clothes if the customer would bring the clothes back within 48 hours - but if the customer claims perfume smell two weeks after the cleaning was done, and brings all their clothes back after wearing them, we cannot determine if indeed there was a problem with cleaning (which we have never come across in several years). If the clothes would have been brought within 48 hours, we would have gladly redone the cleaning.***

Alteration was done as per requestHowever, customer wanted more dress taken in from the top after wearing it.This would have required the alteration dress sent back for alteration , customer didnnot prefer to send it back and instead wanted money back for alteration which was already done as per
request and pinning of the garment

*** *** i've never had it happen before either but that doesn't mean that it didn't happen this time What does "practically never happened" mean anyway? This was a black coat that was covered in white dog hairMy belief is the machine wasn't enough and someone had to manually remove the hair, it was placed with other clothes so they also have the perfume smell on them… I never wore any of the clothes as I am allergic to perfume and it would have made me ill I removed the plastic from the clothes on a Tuesday night I called your store Wednesday morning and was told by Britney that you would reclean all of my clothes- when I brought them in she told me the owner said he will not clean them when though charge Bottom line is I have read your other reviews and it appears to me that you've done other customers wrong as well and not taken responsibility for your mistake .. I am now going to write other reviews online linking other customers to the Revdex.com so they can read your other complaints

I am sorry to hear that you were missing a pant from your orderOur drycleaner inspects and verifies the count of each order twice before bagging the order for customer delivery. We rarely come across problems when an item is missingIn your case, I am sorry to say, you came back after
several weeks looking for a missing pantClothes get lost or forgotten when you go on vacation or are kept in different closets.At our drycleaner we double check every countIf an item is missing we make a note of it on the ticket and in our count book. No item was missing or there was any note on our ticket or in the computerWe therefore are unable to process any compensation for the missing itemWe believe the item was not missing at the cleanersWith regards to prices, our prices are reasonableWe strive to provide the best quality and service and that is possible only with reasonable pricingOur prices are below many other cleaners in town
