back" No monies were deducted or withheld from tenants security deposit for any leaking or water damage1. “Upstairs bathroom leaked” No monies were deducted or withheld from tenants security deposit for any leaking or water damage1. “Satellite dish has not been removed” All the exterior wiring has been removed and the satellite dish itself is disconnected with all wiring removal until I schedule a painter to fithe holes left after taking the dish downFinally, I am sympathetic to how things turned out at the end of the *** tenancy however nearly all of the items referenced in both the Revdex.com complaint and in the original Security Deposit Reconcilliation could have been averted with a simple phone call at the time work was contracted for or undertakenWith Kind Regards, *** ** ***
