Consumer sent the following update:I just got an email from you in regards to closing out this item, We have been in contact with Anthony in regards to the roof issue, He sent someone out on 9/to look at the roof and the guy he sent out his name was Jacob tried to fix what he could with only some roof caulking, the leaks that were to be fixed still are not, When Jacob came out to the house he lifted some of the shingle on the roof and because I was never supplied with extra that they said I would have he couldn’t replace them Jacob also mentioned that the guys that originally did the roof did a very poor job with the caulking and sealing of the shingles and did not apply the shingles correctly around the skylight The leak is still happening, After Jacob had left I went on the roof myself and found that now from him lifting the shingles we have a bubble under the shingles and they are not flush with the roof My Skylight was to be fixed with flashing and have been waiting for Anthony to come out Personally to take a look at what was done The interior of my ceiling needs to be painted as well I kinda feel like he keeps putting me off and says hes going to call but never does I have to keep contacting him Please keep this open for it has not been resolved yet Thanks [redacted] ***

Consumer statement taken over the phone by Revdex.com staff 9/4/15. Consumer got a hold of the man who did the roof, he said he would send someone out Wednesday 9/2/between & 5: He was to be sending someone named Andy No one showed up She called twice as they were
waiting, but has not received any return call yetShe said she has called twice a day since, has already tried them this morning
