I am rejecting this response because: The company did not do everything they could to give me the dress I bought and paid alterations for Please see pics of the dress you will see the day I found it That day the dress was big, then you will see how the alterations were done and the holes in it The dress does not fit me due to how they altered itI NEVER said I was happy with the dressI told them they had to fix it again, I got attitude and asked if I gained weightI asked *** if he would just let me pick out something else or give me my money back because the alterations lady said that she was not going to fix it anymore No bride to be should experience this type of treatment The reason I went in there was because of how my Aunt ranted and raved about the quality and the service The first day we had issues *** *** said he would make it right and I would be happy I have never been happy with their alterations because they said they can fix the dress and never did The beading is falling off and the buttons are loose The pictures also show how the back cannot be snapped with all the chandeliers I want a refund for the full amount If *** *** is so sure that he did everything he could have so I can walk down the aisle I will be more than happy to post pictures all around his store and the internet of his quality of work that comes from the store I cannot wear the dress nor does the dress fit properly and from the pictures again you can see the purple mark on the dress that was not from my shirt, and left me rashes under my arms Whatever the alterations lady sprayed on the dress is what turned it a different color I expect the company and the owner to work in good faith and this is by far not good faith at all

On April 2, the customer came in and was looking for a bridal down for the weddingThere was a problem between her and a bridal consultantI was called and spoke to the auntI was very sorry for the way they felt they were treated and gave the bride 25% off the gown of her choosingWe made
an alteration appointment for her on April 25th, At that time we took in the bust and let out the skirt 1” from the waist to the hipWe made a final fitting appointment on May 17, At that time we needed to let out the skirt as much as possibleAfter these alterations were done we sent out her gown to the cleanersWhen it was returned to us we called her to try on and pick up her gownShe came in on June 6, Again it was tight at the hipsWe then let out all the dartsShe tried on the gown again to make sure it fit wellI snapped the chandelier into place to make sure everything was fineI excused myself for mins when I returned I asked her if the gown was okay and if she was happyShe said yes, but there is purple under the arm on her gownI looked at the gown and saw the purple came from the purple shirt she had onI cleaned the purple off the gown and she was happy and took her gown homeI feel we did everything possible to make out bride happyWe let out the gown three times, redid beading, sent the gown to the cleaners, made sure all buttons were firmly attached
