We have sent a request to the credit company (Trans Union) to have the credit inquiry removed.As of this date Bruce *** is currently driving a new vehicle pruchased from our dealer group

This vehicle has 150k miles on itThe customer was advised to replace timing chains at k milesThe customer continued to drive the car without repairing the timing chains unfortunately the chanes broke resulting in the engine failure.Thank youMark

I am rejecting this response because: The dealership was negligent and told GM that they recognized for me to fix it when they never didThere is no documentation proving thisWhether the powertrain warranty was outdated or not the fact of the matter is that the dealership was aware of the problem and did nothing about it resulting in this problemThis should have been further investigated by your service team when the engine lights came on knowing that this is a constant problem with these vehiclesEven the GM rep told me that this should have been serviced instead of pushed off by your team like it wasAlso, when I received my car back the engine was not put back together and I am missing the hardware for itSo not only did the service team fail to resolve the previous issue, the service team also pushed my vehicle out of the dealership without putting the engine back together and giving me the proper harware that it was previously assembled with.
