Mrs [redacted] came in for appointment on 06/for repairs and picked up car on 7/She returned on 7/due to paint and molding She was hesitating about letting us blend the color due to the paint being a stage paint ( Diamond White ) which is a very hard color do without blendingWe ordered her parts and received them we called her back on 7/to what and when she wanted us to install them She was still hesitant about us blending the paint but did bring the car in We have since repainted the rear bumper and installed a new rear stripWith that said this color does change its appearance with light and angle due to the high content of pearl in the paintAt no time was the customer talked to with disrespect Just a side note we have been working with this customer prior to her visit to the Revdex.com
