This man is dishonest and unethical He can't take someone's money for one thing(buying plumbing supplies and digging the concrete) and deicide along the way you are charging for his time for giving us a quote He had to be tell he charges for his extra time for whatever he thinks he is doing before taking someone's moneyHe has no rights to keep our $750, because he had access to this moneyNobody would hire a contractor for their quote giving time He has to return the entire $2500, at this point he only returned $ To be able to collect this amount, he told us a lot of lies and he did dishonest acts He told us he was sick on the day of the job and texting about being at the doctor, however friend of mine called him randomly to ask for taking a look at his job site for a possible work He actually showed up to my friend's worksite while texting me being at the doctors He also lied about mailing the check and delayed for weeks, no check was ever received Weeks later he finally refunded the $via the bank It is sad to know that he might be doing this to many people and getting a way with this.Regards,***
