Prior to buying the car which was from a mechanic I knew personally. His name is Eric and he also works there.I was told the only problem with the car was the rotors and breaks.as soon as I purchased the vehicle I did a full oil change.three days later the oil was empty.I took it to the shop and was told that there was nothing wrong.kept refilling the oil at least twice a week untill I realized the oil was mixing with the coolant eventually the car broke down after two month.I kept going and Everytime I would go I'd be put on hold because I wasn't going to pay them to check it.People are so [redacted] nowadays and will do anything for money.Being mechanics I'm quite sure they knew the issues before they sold it.im displeased and will like a full refund Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted]

Response**Revdex.com Staff Member (if you know): *** ***Complaint Information: Hello, This person never purchased a car from our dealership. The guy that works for me took him (because he didn't have a ride) to the junkyard close to where the shop is located to purchase a vehicle from there and we helped him fill out the paperwork of that purchase at our shop in order for this person to get the vehicle registered (this person did not have any knowledge about the process of registering a car)After that happens months later he comes back to the shop with the car barely running and after a free inspection of the vehicle from a our shop we diagnosed the vehicle with a small coolant leak that was never taken care by the owner of the car that lead to the vehicle overheating and blowing the head gasketThis person has no knowledge about cars as you can tell if you had a cracked camshaft your vehicle would not even start and if it did run it would misfire, the combustion cycle will not be completed due to the fact that the camshaft control lift and duration of valve for proper combustion timing. In other words he would not be able to drive the car for months like he didOn a short note if this was actually one of our clients who actually purchased a vehicle from us we would not have any problems resolving this matter, we like to keep our customers happy and do the best we can to be the most honest, trustworthy dealer in the area, but this person DID NOT purchase a vehicle from us, just ask this person to show a copy of the title where he purchased the vehicle fromAnother kicker for this story is who in the world provides warranty on a car that cost $860? and that the person been driving for monthsreally? Is that even possible.??maybe *** should start selling recycled cars for this type of person so when they break their cars months later they can bring their car back and get a full refundThis is a perfect example of why this economy is messed up** ***! Thank you

This customers exhaust repair has nothing to do with him purchasing a car from usThe only thing we are responsible for is for the exhaust repair which we did, we also advised the customer that he needed brake pads and rotorsWe did a free brief diagnostic on the car while was parked on the street and that's when we told him that he blew his engine up from overheating and having no oil. Thank you, Diomedes H*** ** D's Automotive LLC
