I have tried to remedy this issue with Mr***I offered him a partial refund and he was supposed to let me know if he thought it was fair and I have not heard back from himI have tried via phone calls and text messagesI informed him I was only going to give him a partial refund and I am not going to do any more work on his trailer because he is a hard person to deal withThanks *** ***

I am rejecting this response because:

To whom it may concern,The job in question was performed correctlyWhen Mr*** originally contacted me I went and looked at the jobWe discussed it and he said he wanted to keep the job as cheap as possibleI explained the correct was to do the job was a new piece of fiberglass and have it
painted to match and he didn't want to spend that much moneySo we discussed reusing the piece of fiberglass and I told him it would be around $3,Upon tear down I informed him that somone has repaired it before and used the wron type of fiberglass compared to the rest of the fiberglass on the trailerHe then said to keep the repair as cheap as you can and cut corners where you can and to reuse the fiberglassi also pointed out the fiberglass was deformed and it should be perfectly flatSo I did the job ad called him to tell him it was competed and the bill was $he felt that was too much so I knocked the bill down too $So we set a appointment for him to pay the bill and inspect the trailer on August at (:and was going to pick it up the following Monday at 9:He did not show up August so I tryed to call and sent a text message at about 10:and didnt hear anything back till 5:that nightOn the following monday he did not show up till about 2:When he picked the trailer up he inspected it and said everything looked goodWell that night he called me between 10:and 11:p.msaying he wasn't happy with somethingSo I told him I would come look at it as soon as I could as I had other jobs already scheduledA few days latter I seen the trailer and seen the heat and sun were causing the glue to release from the fiberglass and causing bubblesSo I contacted Mr*** to bring it backWe set the appointment for August So I ordered some different glue and performed the steps the manufacturer suggestsWhen he dropped the trailer off I told him it would be done by fridayI contacted him thursday and told him it was doneI never heard anything back until that saturday after I tried to contact him again and he finally returned my call after a few hoursThe piece of fiberglass let go again not as bad as the first timeI tryed explaining to Mr*** that I do not feel that regluing the fiber glass for the third time was going to fix itBecause the piece of fiberglass was performedThe proper way to the job was to use a new piece of fiberglass and paint it to matchAs far as the belly skin is concerned I did screw it up where I could put screwsI also retaped the seams where the tape was coming offI then discussed with Mr*** that the tape wouldnt stick o the plastic belly skinWe discussed to save himself some money to get some spray expanding foam and seal the seams up because I was afraid putting screws in them might damage a holding tank, water lines, and electrical wires that run through the belly of the trailerIn five years of business he is first and only complaint I have hadI have pictures I could email to you if you would like to see the deformed fiberglassSince receiving the letter in the mail I have tried to contact Mr*** and have not received a call backI have also texted him before on this matter and after I explained my view on the deformed fiberglass he never replyed anything backIf you have any questions you can call me at 309-or email [email protected],*** ***
