[redacted] was charged a full tune up pric of $175, she had a 15% off discount from our town paper, an as a courtousy for being one of the first to use the coupon, we gave her an extra 25% OFFShe asked for a complete an full tune up, and was told that when we dropped the machine off after her tune up that as so as we were able to get back down we would try to get her machine an wash it for herThere is nothing on her contract stating she wanted the undercarrige washedThis is a service that is free to customers when we are able to accommadateIf the season gets busy we may not get the machine washed, but if its a slow day one of my mechanics will wash it up real quickAll depends on the work load for the day, I am not exactly sure what [redacted] is asking in regards to a refundI am sorry but I can not give a freund for srevices I over as a convience and is free if time allows [redacted] also had someone call and give a fake name asking questions about the tune up on a rider, now everybody is charged differenlty depending on what their needs are, as well as the time of season, if season is slow we will accomadate prices to bring in customers, minor work on machines should not be charged the same as that of a full tune upIf a full tune up is done the customer is charged the full price, but if a customer only needs to have blades sharpened, oil changed and gas checked, this price is different because it is less time consuming and reasonableI would like to find out from [redacted] what she is looking for inregards to services not rendered.Thank You, [redacted]

I called D's Small Engine and asked about their "Spring Tune-Up"I mentioned that this would be a double deal, as my neighbor was going to have her rider serviced alsoI asked what the cost would be and what did the "Spring Tune-Up" includeI was told the cost was $I mentioned I had a "New Customer 15% off couponI was told the quote of $was 15% offThe "Spring Tune-up" included blade sharpening, oil change and undercarriage washingWhen D's Small Engine came (hrslate), [redacted] Daugherty, (owner) remarked how new my John Deere lookedI told him, "It only has hrson it!" [redacted] felt the blade and said how sharp it was! I said, "I really need the undercarriage washed." They, ( [redacted] and [redacted] ), reassured me, they would return my rider within the hour Upon returning within an hour and a half, [redacted] said his power washer nozzle brokeHe ordered one [redacted] stated he would be back next week to wash my rider I (very trusting), say "OK!" I gave them $cash(Dumb, I know, I was raised smarter.) Amanda has me sign a yellow receipt, that services were rendered and they would be calling to set up an apptfor washingWhat I signed was not a CONTRACT, it is a PROPOSAL for a Spring Tune-UpI also remarked, "What a cute couple and I wish you luck with your Business."After a week I didn't here from D's Small EngineI called to make an apptto complete servicesAmanda, so overly apologetic, said they would arrive on SaturdayNo show on SaturdayI call on Sunday, Amanda, explains some hardship with their truckAmanda wants to make an apptfor MondayI not available on Monday due to previous commitmentsSo, I agree to call Monday evening and set up an apptfor TuesI called times Monday evening with no answerOn the 4th call I left a messageI did not hear back from anyone at D's Small Engine I then sent a complaint to Revdex.comI'm unclear on the content of her rebuttalI would accept a $refundTrying to have them return to complete services may be just another futile attemptI believe a $refund for the aggravation, time and services not rendered, is a small request
