time to figure out her complicated optical issuesThe final result from her high prescription did not allow her to adapt easily into her new glasses, which in conclusion we had to remake her lenses so she could re adapt to a lesser RxUltimately, we produce a second pair with no charge for the lenses, but a $charge for the frame as a courtesyWe had given her two options, where she can either keep both pairs and pay $or keep the second pair and return first pair with no additional chargeAs far as we know, she decided to keep both pairs and she has been invoiced for $twiceAccording to her she never received first invoice in the mailRecently, she came for an adjustment stating she was going to pay her bill, after the service was done, she stated that she had forgotten her wallet, how convenient for herIn conclusion, we do not want to deal with this patient any longer, so we decided not to pursue any further charges.
