Aspen Heating and Air Conditioning saved me from a very expensive repair that turned out to be completely unnecessary After one of our furnaces quite working during -20C Calgary weather, I had called another heating and cooling service company I found online who made a service call and indicated their assessment was the year old furnace needed a new heat exchanger After waiting weeks for a heat exchanger to show up and very little feedback on its where about' s from this heating and cooling service company, I looked for a second opinion and found Aspen Heating and Air Conditioning online I called Aspen Heating and Air Conditioning and spoke with the GM, Bob ***, who after hearing the details of what had happened and the age of the furnace was questioning whether the issue was truly the heat exchanger unit Bob sent a tech out to inspect the furnace and the tech discovered the issue was a minor plumbing problem pertaining to the venting on the outside of the house In fact, nothing was wrong with the furnace at all The tech that came out and performed the work was absolutely excellent, as he was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional My problem was solved immediately by Aspen Heating and Air Conditioning after their competitor made me wait weeks without heat for a major furnace component that ultimately was not the issue at all
