This order was placed on February 26, 2013 and was immediately cancelled. I was charged and never refunded.
Order was placed with them on February 26, 2013 for my daughter. She immediately changed her mind and decided on another watch. I contacted them immediately via email at the customer service email they have on their website, as well as by responding to the email that was sent to me confirming the order. I received a call from someone who said I'd get an email of some sort and that I'd get refunded. I don't know if the language barrier was of any consequence but the person that contacted me was a spanish speaker who didn't care to speak to me in English. I then spoke back in spanish and stated I no longer wanted the watch and wanted a refund. He attempted to persuade me to keep the watch since it would take some time to receive it. I, again, stated I did not want the watch. The payment was pending for a few days then the transaction was finalized with my bank a couple days later. I've sent numerous emails regarding the refund/cancellation and have yet to receive a response to any.
