Regards,
Great Company with very intelligent technician. We are pleased with the outcome and the technician Glen Bryant was good. Thank you our dryer is working perfect once again .
I wanted to say that this company sent out a great Technician Glen Bryant. Mr Bryant was quick to fix the problem so that our family could keep our daily activities. Great Job Glen ! Would highly reccomend using them again
On [redacted] came to my home to repair a refrigerator ice maker. On the first visit, he was there approximately 3 minutes. He stated that I needed a new motor and didn't have one with him and would have to return another day. My husband had provided the make, model and serial number to the refrigerator by phone prior to [redacted]s visit. [redacted] charged $86.60 and stated that it would be applied to the bill. On [redacted] he returned with the part and repaired the refrigerator and charged an additional $247.57. He did not apply the $86.60 to the bill and when we called to request an adjustment to the bill it was refused. This was a scam to overcharge us. They had all the information they needed to repair this refrigerator and they purposely didn't come prepared. Then they tell you the initial charge will be applied to the repair, they lie. This company and their employees scammed us. BEWARE!
Referred to this company by [redacted] for service of [redacted] appliances. Range needed oven and burners repaired. Dishwasher needed a door seal. [redacted] First work orderscheduled.[redacted] Service person [redacted] did estimate for work and ordered parts. Paid $124.00 for initial service call. Was later deducted from total bill when work was performed. [redacted] Returned to do work. [redacted] repaired dishwasher could not repair oven and burners. When we used the dishwasher it continued to leak. Had to call D35 about another service date. Requested [redacted] come out instead of [redacted] returned. Repaired oven, redid dishwsher door seal.Wrong parts for burners. Will reschedule when correct parts come in. Continue making weekly calls for status on parts during the month of [redacted].Was told part did not arrive it was loss by UPS. Reordered again.[redacted] called to schedule an appointment for the next day. I called back to confirm appt.[redacted] Waited for service person-[redacted] called said the part did not come in.[redacted] to come out that afternoon. I called ofc to reschedule since it was Christmas Eve...no answer and no show.Another appt was schedule for the next week day before New years Eve... no show. [redacted] I called again...said they would send someone out that first week in [redacted]. Then they called back said they needed to order the part again.[redacted] called spoke w/[redacted]to see why it's taking nearly two weeks to get the parts and why had we not received a courtsey call yet. [redacted] demaned an explanations on why it is taking from [redacted] to now to complete work that should have been done in a couple of service calls. [redacted] gave personal reasons and some miscomunnications as explanations. ALthough I empatize with the person reason...they should not effect the level of service the customer expects from a company. This is what I consiider to be the most unorganized and unprofessional company I have had to deal with.
