I am rejecting this response because: Just feel like a lousy excuse, and why did Iget so many diffeernt time periods of when I should expect it I do not know how big the company is but should have someone daily to sign checks, they like to get paid for there work, to me it was mis management, and a lack of careing on the owners part Thank you
Response:Customer purchased merchandise on 4/and requested a refund on 4/19/A check was issued on 4/24/15, however due to a move of our base of operations, we were unable to connect with the owner to have the check signedThis was done on 5/and customer was notified as they wanted to pick
up the check instead of having it mailedCustomer picked up their refundWe advise all customers that it takes 14-days for a refund to be processedI do apologize if the customer was told anything different, however they now have their refundI cannot authorize a refund of gas money as the check was picked up at the customer's request rather than mailed as we would have normally doneSincerely, *** *** - Diamond Furniture, Inc
