I saw an add on [redacted] for 2011 Toyota Camry for $4999. I called and confirmed the price. The price is the same on their website as well. I went to buy the car. When the salesperson asked me if I am paying cash or financing the car I told them I will be paying cash. He told me if I pay cash the price is $13500 but if I finance it through them it is $4999. Very bad experience. Never experienced anything like this before in my life. I was going to write a bad review online about them and found out that there is a lot of people just like me.

D and A Guaranteed Auto Sales in Brooklyn New York. The only thing they Guarantee is Fake Pricing on all their Vehicles. They dont even answer the phones by properly introducing themselves as D and A Guaranteed auto sales. They answer the phone as if they just woke up from sleep..."Hello" ....They advertise on [redacted] with Fake prices just to get you in the door. Then they show you the real prices which is thousands moremore. They have a car listed on [redacted] for $13,999 five times it listed on [redacted]. Then when I call and ask the price they said it was $17,995. I asked them to verify and they said yes $17,995. Well I just went on their website today , the day before I drive 1.5 hours up there to look at the car to buy it and now the price is $26,995. Its a SCAM I tell you!!!!!! If I wouldve drove up their god only knows what I wouldve done to find out they were wasting my time and gas.........They have Numerous complaints online (9) and with the Revdex.com so I should've known better. They are Dishonest and Deserve Zero Business. This place needs to be investigated by the State Police because I can only imagine what other dishonest scams they are running in there.

I recommend this dealership best ever you get to drive out with a car even if you have bad credit

Review: I am financing a car from this dealership and have had numerous issues. First one being there was a huge crack on the windshield, so I asked that they repair it before I take it, they did and a month and a half later I get a ticket in the mail from when the windshield was being repaired and when I asked them to pay it they told me it wasn't their issue. Than, I received a ticket for expired registration, turns out they never registered the car in my name, it was still in the previous owners name even though I paid for the service. When I brought that issue to them they gave me the run around as well. I asked to speak to the manager and they still continue to give me the run around. How it passed inspection with a huge cracked windshield is beyond me and when I mentioned the transmission was acting up they told me the lemon law was 30 days or 1000 miles whichever comes first which is a lie and I could've brought the vehicle back at that point.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to pay the tickets they incurred while repairing my vehicle

Review: The dealership listed a car on [redacted] for $4,999 that, upon arrival, was about $10,000. They explained the discrepancy by claiming the $4,999 price was supposed to be a "down payment." However, [redacted] only allows the dealer to list the full price of the car, not down payments.Desired Settlement: The business's unethical practices wasted my time, and I incurred unnecessary gas and toll charges. These charges, round trip between [redacted] and [redacted], NY, totaled approximately $41. I would like to recover these costs. I would also like to see this business remove this and any related fraudulent ads.

Review: The dealership listed a car on their website [redacted] and craigslist [redacted] for $7,999. I called and confirmed availability and price. Upon visiting dealer, a saleswoman did not know the price and showed the car w/ the original sticker price and MSRP of $37,000 when new 6 years prior. She asked for a minute to "consult" the price and came up w/ $13,500 and said that the $7,999 was the down payment, requiring 20-30% down payment, despite me asking for the cash price first. I reported to have called and confirmed the price over the phone and she rudily said that she "doesn't answer the phone". The manager later said that $7,999 was the amount which could be possibly financed. The best they could do was to lower the price to $11,000.

This dealer has a very misleading "bait" price then they try to convince you buying their car.

A previous customer also had the same experience and complained to Revdex.com in the past, however this dealer continues to practice this scam and fraudulent advertisementDesired Settlement: I had my time and money wasted visiting this dealership.

I would like the dealer to remove this and any other related fraudulent ads, which means ALL of their ads must have their prices adjusted to reflect the actual total cash and/or financed price. Until then they should stop conducting business in a fraudulent and dishonest way

Review: My daughter [redacted] purchase a vehicle through D&A guaranteed auto sales. West lake is the financial institution used. [redacted] missed one payment and the bank revoked the loan. D&A guarantee offered to take over the-loan and when we said she will bring in the car they agreed.

First they never transferred the registration. I took out the insurance in my name on the vehicle. When the repossession company came to get the car they refused to allow us to take off the plates to turn in to cancel the insurance. I have spoken with my insurance company who said they cannot remove the vehicle until I get a [redacted] form from DMV. I went to the precinct with my daughter to file a missing plate on the [redacted] form but cannot due to the registration never being in [redacted] name. Now I contacted Ola Thesis at their financial office ###-###-#### located on [redacted] and she refuses to get the plates surrendered to DMV so no I am unable to stop paying for insurance on a vehicle D & A Auto owns. This is the second time this was done with this vehicle as I did a search on the VIN and the same situation with the repossession.Desired Settlement: I want the plates turned in to DMV and get the FS6 form so I can send to the insurance company this proof so I do not have to pay insurance for a vehicle I do not own drive registered to for someone who I dont know as if anything happens to anyone in this vehicle I am responsible.

Review: I purchased a car from this dealer in February of 2015, a month and a half after I purchased the car I began to have an issue, I brought the car in to the dealer and told them about the problem and they sent me over to one of their "sister" dealers a little farther down [redacted]. When I got over there they repaired the cracked windshield that had been there since I purchased the car, how it passed inspection with a cracked windshield is beyond me, but, anyway about a month after that I began to experience transmission issues. When I called the dealership they told me speak to someone at the "sister" dealership regarding repairs, so I called over there and they told me its pass the 30 day 1000 mile lemon law so there's nothing we can do. So I got an extended warranty on the vehicle through an outside vendor and tried to take care of the repair myself. When I tried to file a claim the warranty company told me the transmission issue was there before I purchased the car and I should try and speak to someone at the dealership because its fraud to sell someone a car knowing there is a major issue. So I called the dealership and tried to get them to at least pay towards some of the repairs of the vehicle because I can prove the issue was there before I purchased it and still haven't heard anything from them yet after I was promised someone would get back to me. I am not only paying for a car that I haven't driven in 3 months but I'm paying for Insurance and now a hefty transmission repair bill. This is not right, they should be liable for something here.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to pay at least $500.00 towards the transmission repair. They already got their money for selling me the car.

D&A is a terrible dealership. They lie about their pricing online which is fraud, and then when you come in, the prices are astronomical. This place should be shut down by the state or the City of New York. I don't know how they are able to operate such a business.

I purchased my car from d&a guaranteed auto sales on [redacted], no complaints on the vehicle it runs great. However their customer service is by far the worse I have ever experienced in my whole entire LIFE!! Let me start off by saying that while purchasing the vehicle you are treated like a king...after you sign those papers they push you out the door. It has been over a month since I purchased the vehicle, the temporary plates they gave have given me expired. I have called over 50 times, I have not gotten a clear answer as to why I have not received my plates. Every time I call the procedure is the same, first the secretary picks up the phone and ask how she can help. I call for the same reason every time which is to find out when my plates are going to come in. Then they put you on hold for a few minutes, usually she tells me the person that can help me stepped out, she then tells me to call back and ask for [redacted] or [redacted]. Sometimes I call and they take down my name, phone number, and vin number, but of course I never get a call back. There were times I have called and simply left on hold and ignored. All I want is a little customer service and a simple answer as to why is it taking so long!!? If I could I would return the car and go to a dealership that will actually keep up their side of the deal.
