Lounge would like to appreciate Revdex.com for contacting us in an effort to resolve this issue.
After reading the alleged issue of an overcharge, we noticed that the complainant was very vague and didn't provide us with precise information.  The complainant failed to say what time the alleged incident occurred, how much her actual order was for and how much she allegedly got overcharged for.
In line 5 of the complaint, the complainant indicated that she received a copy of a receipt for her purchases.  In order to properly review the alleged incident, Da Luft will require a copy of [redacted]'s receipt and alleged overcharge dollar amount either via fax or email.  In the event that an overcharge was made, a refund will be awarded, after proof has been well reviewed and verified. 
Da Luft Restaurant & Lounge is very conscious of the quality of customer service that each one of its patron is awarded.  As such, we will work hard to clear up this alleged issue of an overcharge.

Review: On March 8, 2014 at approximately 11:51 pm, I [redacted] visited this lounge to meet up with friends but I was not drinking that night but brought a round of drinks for my two female friends & me a ginger rale, the same as I had earlier -ginger rale. At first it took the bartender quite long to ring me up which I thought was strange so I watched him. The bartender [redacted], whuch states on my receipt, I saw swipe my card three times with the sheets coming out behind the transactions. When the bartender "finally" comes to me to sign my card I ask him, why did you just swipe my card three times [redacted] said nam you did not see that. I said you can't tell me what MY eyes tell me, shook my head and said I'm a sit back and watch each other card transaction. Now mind you, what stuck out to me was the bartender stuck a copy of one of those receipts in a tip jar to the left of the transaction key before I had signed anything? Sooo, I see these two [redacted] guys, seems to me-I am, so I can make that claim, presumably, nice dressed one with a $20 dollar bill in his hands as if to pay, I'm still waching these 3, well two now ok. The bartender tries to slide the credit card tab to him, whoever he is but I'm standing there right there-again presumably mine so after giving the guy nest to me $20 back in ones, and two dtinks I knew he was in on it. I motioned to "[redacted]" and said IF there is any compromising transactions on my credit card it's going to be on you and the oener and proceeded to leave once he knew I knew what they were doing. I asked a young lady behind the counter who was the manager, a top heavy [redacted], maybe [redacted] descent says she is...Now, this is after "[redacted]" whispered something to her for like 3 minutes before I could get to her. She walks me to a side door where an [redacted] man came to see what we were doing and where he says he's the owner both looking at me like I'm crazy?? IF the bartender wasn't acting so suspicious I would have never noticed it. Plus, I was overcharged!Desired Settlement: I'm not sure from a customer's standpoint what could be done? I would like partial pay from the over charge on that day as well as letting the consumers know how the run their business.
