I hired this company on the recommendation of a good friend who has used their services and been very happy with them. We agreed on the rate of $140 as a first time customer with 2 cleaners and 3 hours of cleaning for $140. The girls Heather & Brooklyn showed up about a half hour ahead of schedule, we did a walkthrough and reviewed my list and they brought in their cleaning supplies to get started.
They were on their phones standing around for about a half hour while I went upstairs to clean. When I came back down, all of their cleaning supplies were gone and they had left! I tried calling the main number several times. The manager finally called me back and said "I understand we had a problem at your residence". I told her how they were there and then had just up and left without saying a word. She told me that they had to leave due to the overwhelming smell of dog urine. I let her know that there were just a couple of spots on the tile, but nothing out of the ordinary. I was livid that they didn't say anything to me before leaving. Completely unprofessional liars! I live in a middle-upper class home in a nice gated community. I keep the house up nicely. They just didn't want to do a 3 hour of job cleaning so they made up some bs excuse. Never use this company!

This is an unacceptable response.
It is inaccurate to report that I was provided with a list of what a “move out” clean entails. First off the service was a move in clean and I was not provided with a list of what this entailed. I did however speak with Cami for about 45 minutes on the phone prior to scheduling the initial clean. We discussed my desire to have the house cleaned TOP to BOTTOM. We discussed window and door tracks, the interior of the windows and doors, the bathrooms, the floors, baseboards, cabinets and closets (inside and out), doors, ceiling fans, garage floors, the entry. We also discussed that the appliances are typically part of a move in clean however we declined this because the appliances were being replaced prior to use moving in. We also discussed that I wanted the walls washed and Cami discussed that this is not covered because typically new home owners paint the walls so cleaning is not necessary. I agreed.
I requested a refund because I was unhappy with the service provided and I was uncomfortable having the same cleaners who were unable to complete the job correctly in the first place come back into my home. Once Cami stated that she would be present I was accepting to rescheduling. I did reschedule on 2 occasions; 1st was because we were still painting and 2nd was because the house was filled with boxes and I didn’t want or expect cleaners to come in and clean around boxes. I requested to reschedule and that is when the company refused to continue working with me. Which is unacceptable, I paid for a service, provided feedback, and requested some sort of correction.

cleaning that leads me to believe that he is using his tactics to get something for nothing and he has done this before in the past with his other cleaning companies causing them to quit services as we have done because of the non stop harrassement. I have ALL of his e mails, facebook messages etc and each one is different. Nothing was left behind and we never have and will never use "sponges". The sink he is talking about there is nothing that we use that will cause damage to his sink. I find this absurd and actually harassing and annoying as he continues to call and not leave messages and continues to send harrassing e mails and each e mail and now this complaint is different from the first one. I firmly believe that he is lying and trying to get something for nothing. I will DO nothing and as I stated before...his wife called 10 days almost 2 weeks later. One e mail he stated it was a week and now with this he's stating 10 days. If you feel you need to see the proof I will be more than happy to send it. I will not accodomate these people with anything. I will not deal with threats or harassment or lies. He has been told to cease all contact and the only way to contact us is by way of legal counsel.

[redacted] has cancelled on us two times after rescheduling a reclean of items that were missed. We have tried to accommodate her over a two week period and we have not gotten anywhere due to her cancelling her appts twice! We do not clean window tracks as she had received a move out cleaning list...

and she knew this and still continued to have the cleaners clean things that she was not charged for. We have moved clients and cleaners around more than enough times to accommodate her and she is the one to keep cancelling. Obviously you can see from the facebook chat that is attached from the very first moment of us cleaning she has wanted a refund. We have told her on more than one occasion that we do not refund on services that were rendered. Her cleaning was done over 2 weeks ago and we have tried. Apparently she had it in her mind that she was going to get refund from the start. Just because someone messages our facebook page doesn't mean we will respond. We have our hours listed. We have families and lives outside of work and we don't work 24/7.We know we cannot satisfy everyone but we have tried for over a two week period to correct the things that were not cleaned and we are done as we are not getting anywhere. Yes I told her to submit a complaint to the Revdex.com if that will make her happy because obviously everything we have tried to do did not make her happy. This is my last response to this complaint because I am not going to waste any more time on a client that has cancelled twice after rescheduling.

[redacted]I tried to send this to you on the [redacted] Facebook page in the message function, but did not get a response.  So, I either sent it to the wrong place, or it is not checked. In any event, I wanted to make you aware of some issues that we had with the last cleaning.!. The garbage in the Master Bedroom under the sink was not taken out.2. The garbage in the laundry room was not emptied.3. I do not think that any of the upholstery was vacuumed either in the great room or the master bedroom, as they were still covered with dog hair.4. The rubber mats in the gym were not mopped.5. The glass in the french doors was not cleaned on the outside. (The dogs were in the den and on leashes with Romina’s mother)6. The countertops next to the stove in the kitchen still had grease residue on it next to the stove.7. The glass door in the master bedroom going into the closet was not done. Still has my oily finger prints on it.8. Lastly, the girls brought in a vacuum cleaner that was full of dirt and dog hair from a previous house (something we DEFIANTLY did not want to happen). I think Angel used it in the great room, but I am not sure. These were all things that were agreed upon when Romina went through the house with you and set up the cleaning. As far as I can tell, there was no check list used, (something you said would be in place) so the detail was missed. I was here during much of the cleaning, and never saw one.Romina asked Angel about what accommodation was going to be made about the damaged sink from the last visit. Angel said that she had no idea.  We still have to repair it.The light mops do not seem to be doing the job of getting the tile floors clean.  There are several places where dried dirt is still on the floor.  They will need to do a better job of using them and changing the water frequently, or use our industrial mop bucket and mop to get the floors in better shape. They are using a standard  broom to sweep the floors instead of vacuuming them.  This just seems to stir up the dust and hair, rather than removing it. I prefer that they use the vacuum on all of the floor, and to just be careful around the cabinets, or in the alternative, sweep under the cabinets and then vacuum it up.  Please use the microfiber dust mop (you said you used them)  instead of a broom to lessen the spreading of the dust and dog hair.I do not mean to be overly critical, but felt it best to get this clarified right away.  There is a lot of detail, and we were assured that these things would be done.If the girls need a detailed check list for each room, I can make one up, but I thought you did that when you did the walk through with Romina. Please let me know what can be done about these issues.ThanksRoy & Romina [redacted]

Please consider this response as a rejection of Ms. M[redacted]'s version of events, and hr lack of taking responsibility for her company's actions.
Ms. M[redacted]'s version of the events is factually incorrect....or delusional.
1. My wife did inform Ms. M[redacted] that a previous cleaning company damaged our cabinets with the vacuum cleaner, the damage had been repaired and nothing was shown to Ms. M[redacted].
2. I have posted exact copies (minus a one letter type) of my complaint to the Revdex.com on Ms. M[redacted]'s Facebook page (which she refused to allowed to be posted because she hides negative comments from the public), as well as on some other review sites which she does not control. There is no other version posted publicly. There is one different communication, which was an email to her trying to explain the issues, in the vane hope that she would step up and take responsibility. She has not.
3. I have never in my life tried to "get something for nothing"
4. This is the first time that I have had ANY ongoing dispute with a cleaning company.  In fact, this is the first time that I have ever filed a complaint in regards to a cleaning company.
4.a. We have never had a cleaning company "quit services" as claimed by Ms. M[redacted]. This is pure
fabrication. WE made the decision to not use the company that damages or cabinets, and in fact, WE made no request that the either credit or refund us in any way for the damage done. We simply did not continue to use them because they continued to send trainees to clean our home. (Ms. M[redacted] stated that this was something she would to do, but in fact did on the first cleaning).
5. I have never "harassed" anyone, including Ms. M[redacted]. I simply what them to do the right thing and take responsibility for their failures in the promised services, which we paid good money for.
6. I have pictures of both the damage to the sink, as well as the green pumice impregnated sponge that was left behind by her crew that caused the damage.
7. I have not attempted to contact Ms. M[redacted] or the company since the date of filing this complaint.  She is fabricating a harassment claim, that borders on slander.
8. I did initially that my wife called "about a week" after the damage was done, and later pinned down the date to approximately ten days. Frankly, at the time neither my wife or I felt it was necessary for us to document the date and time my wife called, because we thought we were dealing with a reputable company, and had faith that we would get a professional response to this issue.
9. Ms. M[redacted] refuses to acknowledge that at the time my wife called her about the damage, she ADMITTED that she knew about it as Angel (the lead cleaner) had already told her about it. Clearly both Angel and Ms. M[redacted] KNEW without a doubt that the damage was done by the trainee that was present that day. Angel certainly knew about it and knew that the damage had been done by them!
My original demand for compensation for the damage and a partial refund on the cleaning fee stands.

This is an unacceptable response.

Review: D. A. M[redacted] personnel damaged our sink in the laundry room using an abrasive sponge (which was accidentally left behind) after being told specifically not to use abrasive products on our fixtures. Additionally, the promised cleaning services were not completed. After being told that a check list would be used, none was used and many of the promised services were not completed.

When my wife called, 10 bays after the service when the damage was done, Ms. W[redacted] stated that she was aware of the damage, as Angel (the lead cleaner) had already informed her of the damage. When asked via email what accommodation would be made for the lack of service and the damage that was done, we were informed that because we waited two weeks to inform them, nothing could be done (even though she admitted earlier that she was aware of it).

Additionally, after being told to not bring cleaning products or equipment into our house that have been used previously (Ms. M[redacted] stated that they clean hoarder houses), they brought in a vacuum cleaner that was full of animal hair from a previous house. My wife immediately noticed fleas in our home. Something that we have never seen in the 10+ years that we have been in this house.

Attempts to resolve this issue have not been successful. They refuse to return calls after messages have been left, and do not answer the phone. They even have the gall to complain in a letter that I am harassing them by calling and hanging up after I get the recording. The only contact that I have had with them is via email, and letters from them stating that they no longer would clean our house, and that they would do nothing about the damage done.Desired Settlement: Compensation for the repair of the damage done, and a refund for services not performed as promised.

Review: On 12/18/15 I had D.A. Milewski Household Cleaning LLC in my empty home to complete a thorough move-in cleaning. There were 3 cleaners in my home in which I reviewed my expectations of the cleaning and confirmed the $215 price. At 9:15am I left my home where the 3 cleaners were and requested that they call me about 30 minutes prior to being done so I could complete the walk-through process. At 1pm I had not heard from the cleaners and I called the office requesting an update. The cleaners called me moments later. I arrived at my home where there was a cleaner wiping down the kitchen counter. I immediately noticed the window tracks had not been cleaned in any of the windows or sliding glass door. I requested that they complete this, 2 of the cleaners supposedly completed this in 5 minutes. At surface the rest of the empty home appeared clean. That evening my family and I began the upgrading/remodeling process and it became more and more clear that the house was not thoroughly cleaned (there was dirt in the corners of the rooms, dark sticky spots near the baseboards on the floors, dust and food pieces on the top shelf of the pantry, dust on fans, etc). I took pictures and forwarded them to the company. I spoke with Cami the following Monday and requested a refund as we would be painting and by nature of remodeling cleaning. This was denied and it was requested that the cleaners come back to the house to re-clean. This was scheduled for 12/31/15 and then I rescheduled on 12/30/15 at 3:04pm for 1/4/15. This was reported to be not a problem. Unfortunatley we moved into the home on 1/3/15 and the home would not be unpacked and ready for cleaners by 1/4/15 so I requested on 1/3/15 to either obtain a refund or rescheduled again. On 1/4/15 at 9:27am (27 minutes after the appointment time) I received a message reporting that they would not be rescheduling to accommodate me again and I would not be getting a refund. I disputed this again and again service was refused.Desired Settlement: I would like a 100% refund for the service $215. I also tipped the cleaners however I do not see how I can request this to be refunded however if possible I would like this as well which was $30.

Response:

[redacted] has cancelled on us two times after rescheduling a reclean of items that were missed. We have tried to accommodate her over a two week period and we have not gotten anywhere due to her cancelling her appts twice! We do not clean window tracks as she had received a move out cleaning list and she knew this and still continued to have the cleaners clean things that she was not charged for.

Response:

I agreed.I requested a refund because I was unhappy with the service provided and I was uncomfortable having the same cleaners who were unable to complete the job correctly in the first place come back into my home.
