This company was a disaster.

First, he reneged on a fixed price contract that was signed by him and myself after demolition was started on a 2,000 sf extension. I ended up paying more than 50% more and the work was never completed. He was supposed to come back to fix the cracking ceiling he put in. Never returned calls. He was supposed to come back to fix the deck that almost collapsed but he never called. I now have walls cracking where he did work and bathroom tiles cracked open on walls he put in. Repairing his work has been very expensive.

He kept crying poverty and submitted bills for his son and lunch. Not an honest person to deal with.
