Da Tint Depot

I have a Dodge Challenger and I had my windows tinted at Da Tint Depot by ***After leaving I realized that it appeared that there were scratches in my tintI called the shop back and told them about the scratches and I was told that I could come back during the week and get the tint fixed because he's not as busy during the weekI told [redacted] I worked during the week and that it would be hard to doFinally, I had a day off and took my car back to the shop to get the tint fixedWhile waiting, [redacted] called me in the back to show me that my actual window was scratchedIn shock, I told him my window wasn't scratched before I got the tint put onThen he goes on to say "Ma'am we have this issue all the time people coming back saying their window was scratched, but their window was scratched before they got their window tinted." With that being said, I felt like if that's the case why wouldn't he bring the scratch to my attention before putting the tint on? (Because it wasn't there
