Review: I hired this photography company for my wedding. We signed the contract and proceeded with the wedding day activities. After the wedding, the communication was lacking from the photograph and constantly needed to follow up for status. We paid via check and then was told that the ATM ate the check. Then after we paid the photographer in cash. At this point we decided to order a wedding album. We never received private status updates or correct information as to our wedding album. The photographer kept changing the story and was never honest with us. I was married back in July and still to this day haven't received any word from the photographer or the album. My last communication was back in March 2015.I requested a refund and the photography told me that they would have to get their money back from the album printing company before I would be able to receive my money. I started the court process to take this company to small claims court. Going to court right now, is very difficult timing. I want to share my story with future prospective clients to make sure that their wedding day isn't ruined like mine was.Desired Settlement: I would like to resolve this situation by obtaining a refund for the amount of the wedding album that I paid for.
