Review: I ordered a Vapor Pen from this company on November 30th of last year. It worked for about 6 months but stopped working on June 15th. I emailed them through the "Contact Us" link on their website and was given a troubleshooting response. When I did all of those steps, I replied that it still was not working and received no reply. I sent two more emails in July and August, but I did not receive any further communication from them until October 24th, when I was emailed saying that their spam filter was catching my emails and that they were very sorry and would be sending me a replacement immediately, with some extras for the inconvenience. It is now November 12th and I have not seen any replacement. I reached out to them November 10th for confirmation that it has been sent but once again have yet to receive any kind of acknowledgement or response.Desired Settlement: I honestly just want a working pen, that's all I ever asked for. It worked great when it did actually work, so if I could get one that doesn't malfunction I would like that very much. I would also really like confirmation from them that this spam filter/email issue is 100% taken care of because no one else deserves to be left hanging like this, and I certainly can't recommend that my friends buy anything from them with my current experience, no matter how good the pen was.
Review: Their product came broken. I called their phone line (which just leads to a guy coughing and a beep) and emailed multiple times. No one is answering any of my correspondence or following up on their warranty information.Desired Settlement: I would love a refund for the broken product
Review: I placed an order on 3/4/2015. I have received shipping information, which states received shipping information, 3/11 which stated 3-5 days shipping. I have also placed numerous phone calls and sent emails to any web account affiliated with dab otg. I have not heard back from the company.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the order in a timely manner or full refund of the product.
Review: I have been trying to get in contact with this business through emails and phone calls but they haven't responded at all. I ordered a product from them on 3-20-15 and the last time I checked my order process was 3-27-15 and the order still have't been processed but even though the order isn't processed, the money for the product has been taken out of my bank account. Because of this I have tried to reach this business so I can cancel the order and get a refund. So far I haven't got a call or email back. I called about 8 times during 8AM-6PM which is their operating hours for customer service, according to their website (dabotg.com).Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is to cancel the order and get a refund.
Review: I ordered a tobacco vaporizer on 7/17/15. I realized I ordered the wrong type of device so I tried to contact the company by phone and email to cancel the order. No response. So when I received the package I sent it right back with a note that stated I would like a refund. I received a tracking update that the package was received on 7/28/15 but heard nothing from the company itself. So I called and emailed again and even sent a request through their website www.dabotg.com. No response. So I have no idea how or when I will be receiving my refund. I have called and e-mailed again just yesterday 8/4/15 and again no response.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of $80 which is what I paid for the device.
