Dab's Beauty Salon

This was the day before Easter and Ms*** wanted to get her haircut and sent me a picture of the style. She came in with a wig and when she removed the wig to show her hair and it was a natural and was not inches long. Miss *** has been a customer of my for awhile. She
went on about how I can cut hair along with other customers. She did not want the front cut. She thought the cut was too shortI told her that if she did not like the haircut, she did not have to pay. She said that she was happy She tried to hand me $which included a $tip and I refused to take it. However, she put it in my pocket and had me keep it. My manager told me I needed to quiet Miss *** because she was a little loud. I received a text on Easter telling me how unhappy she was and I insisted that she not pay me. I did not want her upset. She went off on me and was very upset. I did not want to hear anymore and hung up. I apologized profusely and never charged her $40. I am willing to return the $to Miss *** as I had tried on the Saturday I cut her hair but I will not pay for someone else to do her hair

I am rejecting this response because: *** *** is a liarShe knew that I was not satisfied! She thinks that giving me back my money or me not paying for the horrible services justifies her butchering my hairShe owes me more than the cost of $Although I should have gotten belligerent, it is not who I am, so she is lying and if her boss said that, she is lying as wellShe knows she butchered my hair, so if she is not willing to make amends, I will just allow the powers that be to investigate and make the final decision.
