Hello, We spoke with *** *** throughout this processShe originally had issues with her device so she emailed our customer service, and we responded within a hours, which is stated on our websiteWe asked her to send in her device into our repair and warranty department, where
they will repair the device if possible, or send a new device out if it is covered under warrantyUnfortunately, her device came did have water damage when it arrived to our facility, which voids the warrantyWe offered her 50% off her next purchase, which most companies would not doShe was not satisfied with this offer, but we believe this is a very generous offer*** requested that we send her another device, and one of our junior customer service representatives does not have authorization to to send out another device, so they contacted me I contacted *** directly via email, I am the supervisor here at Dabado, and I told her that we could not do anything giver her anything more, because we do believe that 50% off a future purchase, is plenty for a device that has water damageWe also sent her back her original device, so she does have what she originally paid forWe have recorded all of the email conversations if you would like to see those. Please let me know if you have any further questions, Rick
