Review: I never receive my order no. 4442. The seller charge me for one of two items of the order.Desired Settlement: I send many email at the seller and never respond me.

Review: I purchased a HID kit which included the option of a lifetime warranty on april 07 2008.In June my right ballast failed and I contacted dabears2k.com regarding warranty on June 9th 2012.I followed the instructions regarding credit card info and shipped (at my cost) via fedex the defective part on June 13th 2012. It was received by Dabears2k on June 14th 2012. According to www.dabears2k.com/rma.pdf it takes up to 4 days to process a warranty claim. I inquired about my warranty claim on June 21st 2012 via email and was told it would be processed and shipped ASAP. On July 2nd 2012 I inquired again about my warranty claim and received no response. On July 5th I emailed again with no response. To this date July 10th 2012 I have not received any response or parts. I tried calling the number listed on their website (480) 788-3225 (an Arizona based number) which no one answers no matter the time of day nor do they respond to voicemails.Desired Settlement: I want dabears2k to honor their lifetime warranty which I purchased with my kit and replace the defective part. I've been more than patient and I think it is only fair for them to reimburse my shipping expense as well as cover the shipping of the new part for the amount of inconvenience they have caused me.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

To this day I have no received anything from dabears2k. I have not received any response by email since June 21st. Attached are the emails between myself and dabears2k. Note: there is a typo in the email regarding shipping date of parts. It reads july but should be june. I have proof of delivery from fedex attached in this email as well.

Review: The retailer offers a "Lifetime Warranty" for all HID Kit purchases. After several attempts at contact via email and phone -- and more than a month of waiting to receive replacements -- there has been no response from the retailer whatsoever.Desired Settlement: Either:

1.) A replacement of my defective bulbs as required by the LIFETIME WARRANTY

2.) A refund for the shipping I paid to ship you the old, burned out bulbs as you requested
