Dabney's Magichands Moving Services

Review: I had used this moving service a few times in the past and they had done a good job. On the last occassion, however, there were many problems after the services were completed. Immediately after services were rendered, we noticed that our account had been double charged for the services. We called Dabneys, and the owner called back a few days later, assuring us that the overcharge would be reversed. A little over a month later, another $40 charge appeared on our account from Dabneys, and the double charge still had not been reversed. This second charge was unathorized and completely out of the blue. They had now charged us twice for unauthorized services. I contacted the company multiple times (upwards of 5) via phone, where the number went straight to voicemail some of the times and I was prompted that the mailbox was full other times. I never received a response via phone, so I tried email, again to no response. After following up via phone AGAIN, we finally disputed the charges. Still no response from the company and it has been over six weeks. The lack of response to this issue and the utter disregard for customer's experience is very troubling.Desired Settlement: Refund of all unauthorized charges.
