The Customer purchased the vehicle on December 2016, the manufacturer's warranty was expired and we included a months / miles power train warranty to give the customer peace of mind. The odometer reading was miles at the time of purchase. Due to her busy schedule she
came on 2/14/with 80,miles on the car and she requested that I start her warranty date from 2/14/although she already had a warranty that I included with the purchase of the vehicleI told her she can purchase a new warranty for $and she refused.This is the process at any dealership where a warranty starts the day the vehicle is purchased(not months after it was purchased)
