I have a inquiry on my credit report from Walser Nissa on 12-9-that I dont have any knowledge of nor did I authorize anyone to use my information in any attempt to gain financing( I already own a car)Ive already contacted Walser and the credit bureaus and reported this as fraudulent activityNeither side has helped me resolve this issue so now im filing a complaint

On Friday, April 20th, I took my Nissan Murano to Walser Nissan in Burnsville to be serviced for an oil changeMy car ended up being serviced for a brake fluid change as well as an oil changeWhen I paid for the service and the car was returned to me, I noticed that the seat was higher than and I tried to make some adjustments to get it back to the position it was originally when I entered the service centerOver the weekend I discovered not only was it too high it was actually loose and unsecuredWhen I returned on Monday, April 23rd to have a scheduled lower right control arm repair, I mentioned the issue with my car seatThe service tech proceeded to tell me he would get me an estimate to repair my seat “we serviced your brakes and oil we didn’t touch your seat.” was what he saidWhen I later talked to the service manager he stated it would be $to repair my seat and that it must be coincidence that my seat was broken when I left the dealershipHe did offer

I phoned Walser Nissan Apple Valley on 5/to request my trunk or latch on driver side of car be looked at, because sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't work I made the appointment for 5:pm My daughter arrived for the appointment at ~5:pm and told the service man that her keys were locked in her trunk My year old high school daughter then signed a paper to get her keys out of her trunk and that the service would take approximately minutes to one hour to complete I arrived at the dealership at 6:pm and my daughter was still waiting in the service area I then went to the service area and requested an update on the car I was told that the technician had to pull the backrow seats out of the car in order to access the keys in the trunk I asked if anyone looked at the latches to determine which was broken I was told that was a separate charge I said no, you never assessed what I sent the car in for, which was the broken trunk/latch issue After going

I purchase a new vehicle from this dealership in January Part of the appeal of purchasing this vehicle was the dealerships "Return & Exchange Policy" that states "All purchases at Walser Nissan come worry-free with our exchange and return programIf your vehicle is not a perfect fit, just return or exchange it undamagedWalser Nissan offers a day/mile return policy, and a days/mile exchange policy on most used vehicles"I reached out to the dealership after days when the new vehicle I purchased had miles and asked what steps I needed to take to "return and/or exchange" the vehicle as it did not met my family’s needsAfter speaking with all levels of management at the dealership they told me that the "Return & Exchange Policy" is only applicable for the lesser of the day/mile and since it had been days since I purchase the vehicle the best they could do would be to buy back the vehicle at a loss of over $10,from my purchase price day p
