I purchased gutter replacements with a lifetime warranty that I would not have to clean gutters againUpon the first rain I had to hire someone to take the downspouts off and clean the guttersI am years old and feel they totally took advantage by charging me almost $for an item that does not workThis is definitely a case for elder abuse

I had the filters instald they did not have a team to do it as I was told ,one guy should up with out a ladder to do the 2nd floor ,I called them and asked for someone to come out to check the job because there were leaks and some things weren't done as to the contractThey set a date to come back out The service person showed up and again no ladder and he told me there's no reason for him to check it out with out the ladder and told me to make another appointment so I didThis time I got a call before the time he was to show up and told me he had to deliver supplies and materials to a different job he will be running late I said ok then I got a call saying he had to devliver the ladder he had for my job to another site so there was no reason to come hereAt that time I called the Sacramento office to find out what was going on and what was there problem the service manager got very rude didn't want to hear what I had to say he then said do you want the work done or not I asked hi

The compnay installed Leaf Filter on my gutters on 10/17/The employees did not do what Representative Bill Sackett said the company would do-
They did not realign the gutters like the company said it wouldThey did not clean the gutters like the company said it wouldThey did not seal the gutters like company said it wouldThe company said that Leaf Filter Installer don’t get on the roofThat they use ladders to do their jobsBut your employees were walking all over my roofMy GUTTERS ARE LEAKINGWhen it rains, water is not going inside the gutters; it is going over the gutters and falling downAnd the worst is that rain water is Leaking from inside the GUTTERYour employees moved the tiles away from the guttersI did not have this problem beforeMy roofs are leakingI want my money back so I can hire a roofer to fix my roof, before the damage caused by your employees and this Leaf Filter system worsen

I did not complete the Nature of complaint section above, because there are numerous issues First there was a breach of the contract, as the company did not do what they verbally told us and put in writing and actually did They did not completely clean out the gutters and downspouts, and never ran and water to see if they were in working condition before or after the job was done The gutters had lots of debris in them They did not treat them to remove the rust and seal them as we were told they would do Ran water in them today ( Monday, 6/11/18), and found leaks One on the South East corner of the house, and the other in front on the South West side of the entry leading into the house We were told by the Installer that once gutters have been installed, there is no way the can be realigned If I had know this is what they were going to do, since my house is old (built in 1963), I would have opted for brand new gutters instead

Job hired in 11/I paid $for guttersThen additional $for downspouts - though they should have been part of first jobThey just “forgot” to include them in the product order sheetAsk to see the line item order sheet before paying anyone anythingThey tried to put the leaf filter screen onto my existing guttersI sent pictures proving that’s what the worker had doneSeriouslyI called three different people requesting an itemized receipt for services - never receivedMore shady practicesThe damage to the siding of my house is left unaddressed after taking off downspoutsThe old downspouts are left scattered in my yardDo they think I’m going to schedule yet another job to pay for their removal?
They seem ready to use any and all tricks in the bookIt’s a bummerAs a consumer, you can do betterThey’re not cheap by any means and they WILL try to cheat you

I am having terrible difficulties with Leaf Filter Gutter Protection CompanyThe salesman that came out was very nice and seemed to know what he was talking about
He told me that they have been in business on the east coast for several years and are well known and reputable thereWe ended up signing a contract with them for gutter replacement of all of the gutters around our home along with the addition of a gutter where there was not originally one
The existing gutters had to be removed and the new ones put up on a different date as we also needed the fascia around our home replaced and they do not provide this service
On the day they were supposed to come out and remove the gutters, they didn't show up I called the company and they said they were on their way The individual they sent out had never removed gutters before (that is what he told my husband) and did a terrible job and even left the downspouts up, which were supposed to be removed also
