Went to Dad's camper and was very impressed with their customer serviceI was looking to by a travel trailer a couple months ago and went to see them (I drove an hour to them)I was greeted by [redacted] who was very helpfulAt the time I wasn't going to buy anything but they still treated me with respectAfter I left them I went up the street to [redacted] ***Completely unsatisfied with their customer serviceWas there for less than minutes and never looked backmonths later I was ready to buy and went back to Dad'sAgain greeted by [redacted] but he was already working with another couple and handed me over to *** [redacted] showed me around, answered all my questions and help me out tremendouslyNeedless to say I bought a Passport travel trailer that dayI had to leave it there for a month cause I was still in my lease in my apartmentJust went down today (September 2015) and picked it upAgain, [redacted] and [redacted] both greeted me and passes me over to [redacted] who went over everything from top to bottom and answered all my questionsAll of them throughout the day told me several times if I need anything not to hesitate to call themI'm very big on customer service and Dad's Camper exceeded my expectationsWould recommend anyone in the Mississippi/New Orleans are to go to themThank you all for all the help and the great service [redacted] ***

My negative experience deals with [redacted] *** I made an offer on an RV and the sales person came back with a counter offer I did more research and decided I would walk away happy with a price that was $less than the salesman counter offer When this fact was communicated to [redacted] ***, he became verbally aggressive and began to yell At that point I told him there would be no deal which he replied that he "didn't care" and I left not only his office but the dealership as well This was the first time I had ever been verbally accosted while negotiating a price His behavior was concerning mainly because he was pleasant until this point and his demeanor changed dramatically The price I wanted was not a dramatic difference either Another website actually had the same RV listed for what I was willing to pay, all they had to do was politely decline my offer; instead I was verbally accosted and embarrassed in front of a large group of people

Awesome place to buy a camper! Sales staff was very friendly and accommodatingGuys in the business office were very courteous and explained everythingThe manager was friendly and helpfulAll of the crew at Dad's made buying a camper enjoyableHighly recommend doing business with them

My name is *** ***I live in Vicksburg, MsIn Feb I bought a AmeriLite by Gulfstream camper from DadsI looked all over the internet as well as at some dealers in the Jackson , MsareaI have no doubt that they have the best prices on their campersThe staff is very knowledgeable and will give you the best price you will get anywhereI had a problem with a " LEAK" that turned out to be the hatch on the roof wasn't closed all the way in a storm*** the service manager had *** on of the mechanics hose down the roof several times and pressurize the water system for a couple of daysThey never found a leak, but treated me like I was the most important customer they hadThanks to everyone including the owner for putting customers ahead of profit

I purchased a used Jayco Jay Flight SLX 26bhw here and am very pleased about the experience The sales people were very knowledgeable and I experienced pressure to buy They were more than willing to negotiate and reasonable My expectations were met in every aspect and I would do business here again I plan on doing all of my service work here in the future I met what seemed like almost everyone that worked there before leaving and overall it was a good experience
