According to his *** post/message he sent "at this point a refund of six dollars or a second trip through the carwash will not make me happy." As of Friday March 4th ** *** messaged us on *** saying "I made a mistake by posting while I was angryI should have simply contacted the owner with my complaint." At this point we would be happy to refund his $excluding interest. He has not contacted us at this point
