I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I still do not believe that I somehow should known that I had to mark Saturday delivery in the Comments section. The materials were not shipped until Thursday at 5 and could have gone out earlier in the day so that there would have been two day delivery.

Dear Sirs, The customer ordered the items Wednesday evening at 7:51pm for 2nd Day Air deliver. We shipped the package 2nd Day Air on the next day, Thursday. The customer did not request Saturday delivery in the comments. Our normal work day is 7:00am to 4:0pm Monday thru Friday. Our main carrier is...
UPS which only delivers on Saturday at an extra charge. Since we did not meet the customers expectation on delivery, we will refund the shipping to the customer. [redacted]
