Hired Dadds for a service, due to their faulty equipment we were very unsatisfied. The office won't return our calls or e-mails.
We hired Dadds on April 15, 2014 for our wedding which took place on June 7, 2014. I set everything up with their sales representative, [redacted], and paid in full $825 with my debit MasterCard, reservation #63991. We reserved their hummer limo (Big Nick) so we had plenty of room for everyone. At the time of pickup, which was 1:00pm, as soon as he opened the door of the limo we noticed it was very dirty and smelled horrible (like and old barn to be exact). Our driver [redacted], went on to tell us that the air conditioning was on as high as it could go, but didn't seem to be working very well. After getting in, we turned on the radio just to realize that didn't work either, and not to long after that, the air conditioning completely stopped working. After the ceremony, a few of the guys had [redacted] open the hood of the limo and there was a huge mess of electrical tape all over a lot of the wires. Being 85+ degrees this day, it would have been nice to have air since it made the whole ride very uncomfortable for everyone. [redacted] stated that we would get a partial refund for all our troubles, but after returning home and trying to contact the company, we still haven't gotten anywhere with them. Being a "reputable" company, you think they would have all their equipment checked and properly running before picking up a client. After writing a negative review on their website, I finally got an email from the manager ([redacted]) saying that she was sorry and she would give us voucher for a 2 hour trip in our vehicle of choice. I politely declined the 2 hour voucher and asked if we could be reimbursed for 2 hours of our ride that was unbearable. After that, she hasn't responded and every time I call the office there is either no answer or they send me to a voicemail.
