I am rejecting this response because:The owner is very confused. He can take all the pictures he wants They will NOT show the covered sprinklers. In the area in question there are holes where this is no grass. It is clear that he will not resolve this to my satisfaction. Therefore I would like my complaint on his record. Thank you!
