Hey There,The customer sent us the following: "I want a refund on my shipping cuz I was told 2 to 3 days and its been a week I should be able to get that free. I will let you know if it comes today if it dose I will not worry about it but if not I would like to get my money back for my...

shipping." We have 1-4 days for handling and 1-6 days for shipping. We have never told anyone 2-3 days for a shipping. So we have decided to cancel and refund the order (in a same day).Thank you.
