We are a management company, we paid Dadis Unit for the installation of a new ac back in July 2019. On January 2020 the tenant informed us that the AC stooped working. Dadis unit did not want to honor the guarantee therefore we sent another AC company. To our surprise the AC unit that was installed back in July was used even thought we paid for a new unit.

Ms. statement is false. Our company did install a new air conditioning unit when requested. The apartment unit where we installed the equipment was empty; however, we have neighbors that witnessed when we brought a brand new packaged unit to install. Besides, her company would always request pictures sent as proof of the work (before and after), and we did provide them. Also her company sent one of her employees to check the equipment afterwords. When Ms. called demanding service for this unit, we went to check it, and the unit was already touched and changed by somebody else. The cover of the ac unit was different, and the equipment welded by somebody else. But even after we saw this, we went and honored the warranty on the equipment and solved the issue. We have ended our bussiness relationship with her company 477 property management in writing since 8/19/19. This was not the only new ac unit we have installed for her company, why would we install an old unit instead of a brand new. Our company is licensed and insured; we are serious about our business.

After many phone calls to Dadis Unit, they finally went to the property and solved the issue. They claim to have sent pictures, which were never received, if said pictures exist please provide them.
