Excellent, very professional.

Went to Dad's camper and was very impressed with their customer service. I was looking to by a travel trailer a couple months ago and went to see them (I drove an hour to them). I was greeted by [redacted] who was very helpful. At the time I wasn't going to buy anything but they still treated me with respect. After I left them I went up the street to [redacted]. Completely unsatisfied with their customer service. Was there for less than 10 minutes and never looked back. 2 months later I was ready to buy and went back to Dad's. Again greeted by [redacted] but he was already working with another couple and handed me over to [redacted]. [redacted] showed me around, answered all my questions and help me out tremendously. Needless to say I bought a Passport travel trailer that day. I had to leave it there for a month cause I was still in my lease in my apartment. Just went down today (26 September 2015) and picked it up. Again, [redacted] and [redacted] both greeted me and passes me over to [redacted] who went over everything from top to bottom and answered all my questions. All of them throughout the day told me several times if I need anything not to hesitate to call them. I'm very big on customer service and Dad's Camper exceeded my expectations. Would recommend anyone in the Mississippi/New Orleans are to go to them. Thank you all for all the help and the great service.

My negative experience deals with [redacted]. I made an offer on an RV and the sales person came back with a counter offer. I did more research and decided I would walk away happy with a price that was $400 less than the salesman counter offer. When this fact was communicated to [redacted], he became verbally aggressive and began to yell. At that point I told him there would be no deal which he replied that he "didn't care" and I left not only his office but the dealership as well. This was the first time I had ever been verbally accosted while negotiating a price. His behavior was concerning mainly because he was pleasant until this point and his demeanor changed dramatically. The price I wanted was not a dramatic difference either. Another website actually had the same RV listed for what I was willing to pay, all they had to do was politely decline my offer; instead I was verbally accosted and embarrassed in front of a large group of people.

I purchased a used 2015 Jayco Jay Flight SLX 26bhw here and am very pleased about the experience. The sales people were very knowledgeable and I experienced pressure to buy. They were more than willing to negotiate and reasonable. My expectations were met in every aspect and I would do business here again. I plan on doing all of my service work here in the future. I met what seemed like almost everyone that worked there before leaving and overall it was a good experience.
