wife immediately notified me of how she felt about the transaction and she didn't actually want the dress and we wanted to return it but then we realized on the receipt that it said "No Returns/No Exchanges/All Sales Final" so now to add to the pressure my wife was already feeling, she's afraid of losing $900 with no way out. So then finally after research and my work schedule we went back on 21 Jan to confront the owner (who denied to us that he was the owner) who reminded us of his policies and denied any of this happening and had also updated small side placed signs with a large NO BUY-NO TRY sign in the back center of the store and removed any reference of a $20 a dress try-on policy.Again my wife was not happy with the purchase of the dress, with the forceful nature of the old man that manages/owns the business along with the late notification of the NO BUY / NO TRY policy she felt coerced into buying a dress that she was not fully confident was the right dress. As such as stated below it would be a clear violation of the Idaho Consumer Protection Act. Also this should not be a surprise to the business because we even confronted them afterwards hoping to be reasonable with them and get a refund instead of the dress but they completely refused to be reasonable and demonstrated a complete lack of integrity.  We feel this is a clear violation of the Idaho Consumer Protection Act Section 48-603C sections 2a and 2c which states: (2) In determining whether a method, act or practice is unconscionable, the following circumstances shall be taken into consideration by the court: (a) Whether the alleged violator knowingly or with reason to know, took advantage of a consumer reasonably unable to protect his interest because of physical infirmity, ignorance, illiteracy, inability to understand the language of the agreement or similar factor; (c) Whether the alleged violator knowingly or with reason to know, induced the consumer to enter into a transaction that was excessively one-sided in favor of the alleged violator; We are only seeking protection of the customers/victims of this business that lacks integrity and a refund of our purchase. In an effort to find a middle ground, even though we disagree with their policy we are willing to subtract $50 from the asked refund for trying on dresses.Since we submitted this complaint we went in to pick up the dress because a few weeks had gone by without a response from them and we were afraid that due to their lack of integrity and scamful nature that not only would we be out $900 but we wouldn't even have the dress we paid for. It is still in its bag, sitting in our unused closet and we're hoping to get at least 90% of what we paid for it back either from this business or by selling it if no one will hold this business accountable for coercing and taking advantage of their customers.And we beg of you to launch a formal investigation into this business because after reading their reviews (especially on google) we noticed that we are not the only victims of this business.

Lots of dresses tried and finally found the dress they like. Lady paid full attention and give props service. Buyer were happy while paying the payment. It is surprise why the complaint is made, could not understand
