usless piece , bought yesterday the fan stays off for hours , sorry I bought it bm stores should not be selling equipment that is un tried and totally usless for the job stated

Review: I called Deawoo to repair my microwave oven which was within the warranty period. It was after several calls and emails, I finally decided to visit Home Depot where I purchased the Microwave. Home Depot salesperson was able to finally get the needed service from Deawoo. Home Depot explained the problem and Deawoo then talked with me. I was informed by Deawoo that they need a certified technician who could state the meganetron was defective. Additionally, they have no service in this area. I informed them that the Magnetron was defective because all other controls were working except the magnetron. I did ask them who would pay for the certification; Daewoo Technician said they would reimburse it when the part was replaced. I left Home Depot and paid $25.00/- for the certified technician to provide the same service. I did fax the requirements from Home Depot. I was then informed that Deawoo did not receive the information. I called again and asked their email so that they could not say they did not receive. Finally, I only got the magnetron but not the high voltage capacitor as they were out of stock. Now I am left with a $25.00 bill, a magnetron and without a high voltage capacitor. They are not willing to pay for labor as they do not have service in this area. This has cost me more and enough out of pocket expense where I could have gotten a new microwave and guaranteed service for one year. After my experience with Daewoo I will not be doing business with them unless they rectify the situation. I am a long time Daewoo customer and will let my friends and family know about this experience if it is not handled amicably. I have wasted a lot of time trying to solve this issue.Desired Settlement: I'd like to be reimbursed for the cost of telling them the Magnetron was defective as well as the cost of having to get the Magnetron replaced. I still have not received the high voltage capacitor.

Review: The air condition unit, Model #: DWC-0520FCL was purchased June **, 2013. It was missing the "Upper Guide" which is essential to installing the air conditioner. When I tried to contact customer service, I got disconnected on two consecutive occasions on June **, 2013.Desired Settlement: Please send "Upper Guide" for Model #: DWC-0520FCL.

Nor did I recieve a call back from the company after leaving numerous ammounts of messages.

This is a very frustrating complaint for us. The customer is not satisfied with our response because he is asking our company to do something which is physically impossible for us to do.

The consumer MUST UNDERSTAND that he is submitting the complaint to Datamatrix Promotions (consumer support website datarebate.com, mail in rebate address Daewoo PO Box 5061). We are not affiliated in any way with Daewoo Electronics.

The customer is angry because he is not receiving a part he needs to repair a broken appliance. Datamatrix Promotions (datarebate.com, Daewoo PO Box 5061) is not the product support/repair center for Daewoo Electronics. Datamatrix Promotions only provides data capture service and rebate check issuance services for Daewoo Electronics. We do not supply appliance parts. We do not staff the support line for broken appliances.
